We finalized Frances's adoption on Friday afternoon.

While she's been our daughter in our hearts since the moment we got that first call, there is something so remarkable, so emotional, about a judge making it official. Asking us if we are ready to joyfully accept her into our lives forever and declaring in front of our family that we are. 

It's magical and momentous and makes it all feel so complete.

You are ours, Frances, now and forever. We are yours.

We love you so completely, and pray every day that we can bless you as much as you've blessed us. 

That you'll know in your depths how crazy in love with you we are, how cherished you are by God, and how our lives are changed forever because of the gift that you are.

We are thankful for you, my little peach, more than you'll ever know!
